CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Yessenia strives to provide excellent service to her salon guests. In order to do so, she has updated her Cancellation, No-Show and Late Appointment policy. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in her schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent her from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.

48-hours: 

All appointments must be confirmed before 48 hours.

CANCELLATION

No refunds. If canceling before the 48 hours, funds will be transferable for future appointment. A coupon code of equal value to canceled appointment will be sent. Please email textureologist@gmail.com for the code.

If you accidentally doubled booked, you must email textureologist@gmail.com to reverse the transaction.

To cancel, revisit confirmation email. At the end of the email, select “Change/Cancel Appointment”. You will then be able to cancel your appointment from there. If you have trouble canceling please email Yessenia textureologist@gmail.com.

Canceling after the 48 hours or same day, result in a 100% charge of service. Non transferable funds.

NO SHOWS

If you are a "no-show", funds are non transferable.

If you are not feeling well on the day of your appointment, contact Yessenia immediately textureologist@gmail.com.

If Yessenia cancels your appointment due to her falling sick, your funds will be transferable for a future appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. In the event you may be running late, you are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Please notify Yessenia textureologist@gmail.com. If your arrival time is after the grace period, appointment will be canceled, non transferable funds. Yessenia has to prepare and be on time for the next guest.

RESCHEDULING

If rescheduling on time before the 48 hours, please email Yessenia to receive a rescheduling coupon code for your future appointment.

failure to COMPLY with cancellation policy will result in 100% charge of service, non transferable funds


 

HAIR PREP POLICY

  • Hair must be free of twists or braids.

  • Client must arrive to the salon with clean hair. Must wash hair at least 48 hours prior to salon visit.

  • Appointments are time sensitive. Please detangle properly before your salon service. No extra tangles please.

if hair is not PREPARED properly, Yessenia reserves the right to cancel service

 

PAYMENT

Due to being in a cashless environment, all services must be prepaid.

No cash tips please. Gratuity is graciously accepted and can be sent to:

CHILDREN

The salon experience can sometimes be a little overwhelming for the little ones, and it can cause delays in schedules. Children over the age of 13 please.


GUESTS

Due to the nature of the times we are in and limited spacing, please arrive with no guests for your service. In the event you must have someone accompany you, please notify Yessenia by email before your appointment.
